Every project day begins with a safety briefing, ensuring that all team members are aware of the day's risks and the strategies in place to mitigate them. - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
We enforce strict PPE guidelines to protect our workers in all conditions. PPE evaluation is continuous to ensure that the correct equipment is used for each specific task. - Job Hazard Analysis:
The onsite supervisor completes the "JHA", before any project begins, with the crew to conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
